How to select any audio track as default track in VLC Media Player

Friends, you must have noticed that even after changing the audio track of a video in VLC media player, when you open it again , you find that it is running with its default audio setting. —which is especially annoying when watching a series and you have to change language for every episode.

Fine-tune the VLC to set your desired audio track as default audio track :-

1. Open VLC Media Player and open a media file.

2. Go to Tools >> Preferences

3. Click on Audio and you will see a dialogbox like this 

4. In the Preferred Audio Language write the  “EN” without the quotes for English language. As far as we know, you could also use “en”, or “English”, but this is what we tested with. For Hindi , two letter country code is "hi" or "HI". 

5. Click on save.

Access xyz.com Using IP Address

To open Facebook / Gmail/ Twitter or any other sites using an IP address has its advantages. Chances are that the administrator has blocked Facebook / Gmail/ Twitter or any other sites from the Windows host file. Following are the steps involved to open Facebook / Gmail/ Twitter or any other sites with an IP address:

1. Open the command prompt and type 

        “Ping facebook.com”

            or type 

        “Ping gmail.com”

            or type 

        “Ping twitter.com”

2. You will see the IP address as shown in the above image. Just enter the IP address in the browser address bar and if you are lucky, Twitter may open.

Note: If you do not have administrative rights in the computer and you are unable to open command prompt for any reason, try to find the IP address of Facebook/Twitter etc with this Online tool.
