For example, if you were born on March 1, 1968:

• Add together the month, day, and year of your birth: 3 + 1 + 1 + 9 + 6 + 8 = 28.
• If the result is more than a digit, add together the individual digits of 28 (2 +8) to get 10. Then add 10 (1+ 0) to get 1. The only exceptions to this are the values 11 and 22, which are considered Master Numbers.
